Do caps work? I heard a guy on the radio explaining why they dont and have been tried before and people who want more money find loopholes. Plus a cap on how much you can raise taxes isnt the same as lowering taxes and i thought the point in NJ was to bring the taxes down.

A lot of libraries try to hold book or reading clubs but the best lineup around imho is the one at the Voorhees branch of the Camden co system - only 20 mins from where i am so i get over there quite a bit - whoever is running that library should give a seminar on how its done.
